We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with thorough knowledge of behavioral healthcare, team building enthusiasm, and a contributor to the focus on early success indicators.  In addition, we seek a professional who exhibits the personal and interpersonal characteristics necessary to be succcessful in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Position Overview:

The HR Director will, in addition to customary director-level duties:

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner with responsibility of aligning the HR functions with established business objectives set forth at both a hospital and home office level.
• Ensure that all HR functions and systems are maintained to meet regulatory compliance standards. (The Joint Commission, New Mexico regulatory agencies governing hospitals & mental health providers, Tri-care, etc.)
• Supervise direct reports.  
• Serve as primary facilitator of staffing management within the hospital.
• Be the subject matter expert for HR compliance as it relates to accreditation/licensure, state/federal regulations and trends in HR management that promote sustainable growth and efficiency of operations.
• Oversee all benefit and payroll processes within the hospital including the HRIS/Payroll system.
