At Memorial Behavioral Health Services, we offer a full range of services — both on an inpatient and outpatient basis — for those requiring psychiatric treatment for various mental health illnesses and disorders including addiction/substance abuse, including alcohol and drug use by pregnant women; mood and anxiety disorders; pain management; geriatric psychiatry; and trauma and abuse.
We are seeking a DON to direct the department’s activities, resources and operations. Duties include developing and implementing goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization; directing patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives; as well as budgets, staffing and continuing education initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
5 years experience in managing an inpatient department along with experience with psychiatric emergency services oversight.
Florida state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
