Responsible for the overall operation of the clinic sites including planning, financial reporting, organizing, staffing, development and control. Works with providers and staff to ensure efficient operations of the practice, positive patient experience, accurate documentation, billing and collection.
Reports to the AGC Board and works closely with the practice Medical Director, Providers and staff.
Education / Experience:
Bachelors’ Degree required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physician clinic leadership. Knowledge of Accounting and Medical Terminology required.
Office organization and management including recruitment, accounting/bookkeeping, medical billing, basic human resources management, payroll, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for the application of technology based practice management tools.
