The Research Fellow will perform routine and complex laboratory procedures throughout training period. The successful applicant will have strong expertise in one or more of the following: cancer biology, epigenetic regulation of chromatin, genomics, in vivo modeling of cancer, analysis of drug effects on cancer cells, high-throughput methods, bioinformatics and computational biology. The projects are derived from two recent studies related to aggressive prostate and breast cancer, and cancer metastasis: Rotinen, You et al. Nature Medicine (2018 in press) and Reis-Sobreiro et al. Cancer Research 78:6086-6097 (2018). May develop, adapt, and implement new research techniques and protocols. Analyzes and interprets data. May assist in preparation of grant proposals. Participates in publications and presentations as author or co-author. Not responsible for generating grant funds.
