High School diploma or GED with general knowledge of the hospital setting. Previous patient monitor experience required; successful completion of video monitor training. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations. Must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision.
