Responsible for providing oversight of all aspects of establishing and maintaining physician financial relationships. Preparation of physician contracts and contract renewals including Fair Market Value Analysis. Maintenance physician contract files and databases. Preparing reports on budget, contract terms, bonus calculations and other measures. Provides timely responses to requests for information for internal monitoring and auditing and external inquiries regarding physician contracting and physician billing.
Bachelor degree, strong healthcare, finance or compliance legal background. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Familiarity with MGMA, AMGA, SCA, AAMC and other benchmarks.
