Assists in providing adjunctive therapy activities, participates in treatment planning meetings and carries our role as described in plan. Consistently provides close supervision of clients and assists staff and escorts clients as indicated.
Must have a High School diploma with 4 years of experience in working with adults in mental health field or a Bachelor's Degree in helping profession. Must have a current driver's license issued in the driver's state of residence without restrictions and with all necessary endorsements appropriate to the class of vehicle being operated. Must be computer literate, have Crisis Intervention Training, CPR certified, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and clinical skills.
