The Retirement Benefits Analyst position supports the 401(k) Retirement Plan team which includes the day to day administration consisting of reporting, data analytics, record keeping and assisting with audits. This position works with department staff, internal and external Plan partners involving technical, financial, accounting, payroll, and third party vendors. Key deliverables include serving the needs of the company and plan participants by helping to maintain and administer the Planï¿½s benefits and features while staying compliant with governmental and Plan rules and regulations.
ï¿½Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
ï¿½2-3 yearsï¿½ experience in a large company (greater than 10,000 employees preferred).
ï¿½Knowledge of Fidelity Investments recordkeeping systems and administration a plus.
ï¿½Experience and/or willingness to learn how to interface with third party vendors, payroll, legal and financial departments for system programming, audits, error resolution, reporting and analytics.
