Description
Directs and manages multiple sites or divisions of cardiology operations. Recommends and revises policies and develops performance standards, departmental goals, and objectives. Assures that productivity and financial goals are met. Responsible for management of a major operating unit or a very large staff support function. May be over a "service line" of multiple clinical departments and related operations. Typically a large area with a single overall focus which may be organized as multiple cost centers. Maintains knowledge of market/competitor trends. Defines goals and outcomes for department. Reports to a VP.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Current RN license with the ability to practice in the State of Texas, BSN
  • Experience Required : 2 years Cardiology Director
  • Candidates must have strong customer satisfaction skills, ability to work well in a team environment, responsive to patient and staff needs, and attention to detail.
