| JOB TITLE: Research Project Coordinator LOCATION: Forty-Fort Clinic DEPARTMENT: Pharmacy Innovation Admin. WORK SCHEDULE: Days WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE) JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of an experienced Project Manager (PM) or designee, this position is responsible for assisting with coordination of population based and clinical or translational research projects including implementation of protocol development, IRB submissions, project planning, project tracking, and data collection and assisting in the creation of final reports and publications.
Secondary responsibilities include assisting with the development and coordination of new projects. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
Demonstrates experience with software (word-processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet required).
Demonstrates organizational skills applicable (applied) to research.
Demonstrates ability to coordinate and be accountable for multiple tasks.

Demonstrates ability to work independently as well as with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrates excellent documentation and communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field with a minimum of 3 years applicable research/project coordination experience required.
OR
Master's degree in health sciences, public health or related field with a minimum of 1-year applicable research/project coordination experience required.
