The RCFE Administrator will be responsible to the Executive Director for the directing, coordinating, managing and supervising of all operations at our Assisted Living Location, a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). This will include oversight of operations, managing both the income and expense budgets, and working with residents and their families in securing their highest level of assisted living.
Work with the Executive Director to develop and maintain the policies and procedures for the successful operation of the Assisted Living Facilities.
Responsible for keeping the occupancy numbers at optimal levels.
Responsible for the oversight of the Adult Day Services and Senior Meals program.
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and surrounding grounds.
In conjunction with the Executive Director, develop and enhance relationships within the community to promote positive public relations.
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal standards, guidelines and regulations.
Monitor all inquiries for admission, manage the waiting list, evaluate the qualifications of applicants, and approve applicants for admission.
Visit with residents, individually or as a group, to discuss concerns, needs and grievances and implement appropriate plans of action.
Hold a current RCFE Administrator’s license in the State of California
Demonstrated supervisory and managerial skills.
