Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN) invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track, faculty position in the Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse-Midwifery program. This position is a 12-month appointment at rank commensurate with experience. Scholarship related to advanced practice is expected, and clinical practice opportunities are available. Doctorate in nursing or related field
Three years high-quality formal teaching experience in an advanced practice program
Substantive advanced practice clinical experience with five years preferred
A commitment to working with diverse populations
Current certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM)
An unencumbered license as a registered nurse and advanced practice nurse in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee
