The Northern California Health Care System is recruiting for a Psychologist to serve in the PCMHI program within Mental Health Service. The PCMHI Psychologist provides brief assessment and intervention support to the Patient Alignment Care Team (PACT), with an emphasis on integration of mental health services within primary care and will coordinate service delivery with Primary Care staff and other Mental Health Providers as appropriate. Partial telework may be available as needed.
