The position of Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Psychologist is in the Extended Care and Rehab Service Line and will serve Knoxville, IA and Des Moines, IA. The incumbent may be stationed at either the Knoxville VA Clinic or Des Moines Campus. The HBPC Psychologist will act as a consultant and primary psychological provider for the HBPC Team, a special population PACT formed to address the healthcare needs of chronically ill Veterans in their homes.
